Is a writer born or created? Or both? From personal experience I know that I’ve always loved words and years of honing have made me become what I am – a wordsmith. I have learned the accuracy of words through an education and a career in journalism. I can also write about scientific topics in layman’s terms based on a formal education in science. However, I don’t stop there with some admitted self-indulgence in poetry as an inner part of me says I should have been a song lyricist. But I digress. If it has to do with words count me in.
